什么是working holiday Visa？

Working Holiday Visa，即打工度假签证。

是一种允许签证持有者在当地打工以便获得足够的在当地旅行的资金，这种签证在西方已经有悠久的历史，为想要深度体验海外人文风情与拓展国际视野的年轻人提供了一个便捷的渠道。

它允许旅行者出于补贴旅行费用的目的而在签证颁发国边打工边旅行。用来鼓励双方国家的公民进行旅行和文化交流。

它允许年轻人在外国去体验生活，同时不需要通常的提前寻找工作赞助或者参与昂贵的大学交换生计划。

目前对中国大陆开放的国家暂时只有新西兰。每年只有1000个名额，发完为止。

根据中国和新西兰签订的自由贸易协定，新西兰向中国的年轻人开放工作与假期签证。新西兰政府是目前全世界第一个也是到目前为止唯一一个开放工作度假签证给中国公民的国家，于2008年10月1日正式受理申请。

2 z" x6 i% g7 Q, T顾名思义，工作度假签证允许您在新西兰度假的同时也可以进行海外打工体验。新西兰全年发出的此类签证为3万1千个名额，提供给中国的名额为每年1000名。

每个申请人，一生只有1次获得这张签证的机会。

我可以申请WHV打工度假签证吗？

申请人首先需要具备以下12项资格，才可以申请这个签证，条款大家要仔细看哦：

• 申请时为中国常住公民（be ordinarily resident in the People’s Republic of China at the
  time of applying）
• 有效护照，离境时护照效期至少余三个月（have a passport from the People’s Republic of China that
  is valid for at least three months after your planned departure from New
  Zealand）
• 年龄在18岁到30岁之间（be at least 18 and not more than 30 years old）注：递交申请材料的时候没达到31岁的也算合格！申请人实际前往新西兰时，可能超过30岁。（比如30岁申请，31岁再去）
• 不得携带子女（not bring children with you）
• 相应的英语能力（have a level of proficiency in English that is assessed as at least
  functional）IELTS总分成绩需达到5.5，雅思A类/G类均可。这是向新西兰移民局证明英文水平的唯一方法（This is the only way
  - _+ r+ I# \8 k$ q: K. @! Kto prove English proficiency）
• 申请人名下有4,200新西兰元（have a minimum of NZ$4,200 available funds to meet your
  living costs while you are here）
• 往返机票或足够购买往返机票的资金（hold a return ticket, or sufficient funds to purchase such
  - \0 e3 d  w5 |* {  ta ticket, you must hold sufficient funds for the duration of your visit and for
  the purchase of an outward ticket from New Zealand, and this evidence may be
  requested when you arrive at the border）
• 高中毕业（或以上）学历（have a senior high school qualification (gao zhong xue li)
  granted in respect of a minimum of three years’ full-time study）
• 体检合格证明（meet our health and character requirements）
• 购买综合医疗保险（hold medical and comprehensive hospitalisation insurance for the
  length of your stay）
• 以度假为首要目的，工作或学习为辅（be coming to New Zealand to holiday, with work or study

• 之前没有新西兰打工度假经历（not have been approved a visa or permit under a Working
